Should you attend one of the California law schools?
Law school doesn’t teach you to be a lawyer, it teaches you how to think like a lawyer. Your work 
experience before, during, and immediately following law school is a critical piece to your growth as a legal professional.
That’s why attending one of the California law schools might be the thing for you.
These experiences will also enable you to develop a professional network, which will be important in any career transition that you make later in your professional life. Those students who come to law school with a clear understanding about why they want to be a lawyer, which is grounded in work or life experience, ultimately have a better chance of staying in the profession and being happy with the choice they made.
Going to law school because you don’t know what else to do when you graduate from college is never a good idea. Go out into the working world and find out what you might want to do, and then decide whether law school is the right choice.
Can I attend law school in California?
Passing the bar in a state does not usually allow you to practice law in another state. After you finish a law school California distance learning program you have to take and pass the bar in each state you want to practice in. Online law degrees meet the requirements of certain states only. Where accepted, online law degrees are fine.
Do any of them offer distance learning?
Online law degrees are largely available from California law schools. You can become a lawyer there with this method. To practice law in another state later will usually require a minimum of 3-5 years law practice in California and even then some states will not allow the transfer since the law school California distance learning programs are NOT ABA accredited. All in all, there are plenty of good reasons to consider attending your choice of California law schools.
